Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your shirt. If something went wrong on our end, we'll fix it — no performance required.

We offer refunds for:

• Items that arrived damaged or defective
• Orders that showed up as something other than what you ordered

Refund requests need to reach us within 30 days of your purchase date. Just email us at hello@strangecomfortco.com with your order number and a quick note about what happened. That's it.

And — your shirt will last longer if you wash it gently. The care instructions know what they're doing.
